Hey! It's time for you to make a difference!
We want to know What Employees Want and that means listening to what you are thinking about how your companies communicate with you. Please tell us as much as you can and include experiences from all of your career, not just your current job. This exercise will take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to complete depending on the amount of detail you share, but we hope you’ll provide lots of comments.
We will use the phrase 'internal communications' to mean: the practice of sharing information with employees that informs them about what’s happening within their organization, gives them the information they need to know to do their jobs effectively, and enables them to feel connected to the business. This could come from any team or leader within the organization.
